TEXTURESFeaturing portraits of New Orleans' denizens, these digital composites utilize both ink originals and close-up texture photography to explore identity and place. Each subject is paired with a close-up texture or architectural photograph representing their home town/place-of-residence. (Mix Media: Ink, Photography, Digital) The "Textures" series was displayed at art shows in New Orleans (including the EAT New Orleans Spring Showcase and the Holiday RAWk Exhibition) and sold at Pirates Alley and the Frenchmen Art Market from 2015-2018.

ProtestersThe role of the political artist is to express different points of view regarding global politics and social justice. Inspired by the BLM protests across the nation, "Protesters" was featured at several exhibits on political art commentary in Chicago throughout the Fall of 2020. (Digital) The series was displayed at the "Artivism 2020" exhibit at Columbia College Chicago's Aesthetics of Research, the Oak Park Art League's "Dissent" exhibit, and the Bridgeport Art Center's "Where's the Revolution" (click here to take a video tour).

Future Tense: Imagined Worlds From the MarginsVisions of the future—utopian or dystopian, wonderful or horrific—through the lens of traditionally marginalized communities: POC, women, LGBTQ, disability, etc. An exploration of the future in reaction to the imperfect present, and what those visions say about our best hopes and worst fears. (Digital) Commissioned for a character from a sci-fi film franchise, these costume concepts were later displayed from March-May 2020 as part of the "Future Tense: Imagined Worlds from the Margins" exhibit at Columbia College Chicago's Aesthetics of Research.
